Return Policy – LetsBeMagnifique
If you are not satisfied with your order, you may return the item within 14 days.
How to Request a Return:
- Send an email stating that you wish to return an item.
- Include your order number and the reason for the return in your email.
- Once your return is approved, the item must be received by us within 3 business days.
How to Return Your Item:
- Items must be returned in the original seal bag using the unused adhesive strip for proper closure.
- Clearly write your order number on the package to ensure a faster processing time. Returns without an order number will not be processed.
- If the order was sent in a box with accessories (ribbon, tag, wrapping, etc.), it must be returned in the same condition to avoid product depreciation.
- Return your item via PostNL and keep your tracking receipt as proof of return.
Return Rejections:
We do not accept returns for:
- Items with unpleasant odors (e.g., cigarette smell).
- Items from the Chains Collection.
- Opened bodysuits, swimwear, lingerie, or pantyhose (due to hygiene regulations).
- Items that do not meet return conditions (missing original packaging, missing accessories, damaged, etc.).
What Happens After Your Return?
- Keep your proof of shipment until you receive a confirmation email from us.
- Once received, your return will be processed within 10 business days.
- Refunds are issued as store credit only.
No Cash Refunds – Store Credit Only:
Store credit is issued instead of refunds for:
- Bodysuits, swimwear, lingerie, and pantyhose.
- Sale items.
- Purchases during special deals (e.g., Black Friday).
- Items that are out of stock at the time of return.
- Items that have previously been returned and refunded.
- Returns missing required accessories (e.g., tag, box, ribbon, wrapping).
- Last-minute pickup orders that were not collected will have €30 deducted from the store credit for handling & delivery costs.
No Returns & No Refunds for:
- LBM Exclusive Collection products.
- Custom-made items.
- Items that do not pass quality control upon return.
Track Your Return:
- Ship your return via PostNL, which provides a track & trace code for every shipment.
- You can track your return at www.postnl.nl under "Returns & Refunds."
- If you do not receive a return confirmation within 14 days, contact us at service@letsbemagnifique.com.
Refund Processing Time:
Store credit will be issued as soon as possible, within a maximum of 14 days after we receive your return.
Exceptions:
- Chains Collection items may be returned for repair only and are covered by a 1-year warranty from the purchase date.
