Terms & Conditions – LetsBeMagnifique

1. General

1.1. These terms and conditions apply to all orders and purchases from LetsBeMagnifique, registered under Chamber of Commerce (KVK) number 83284605.
1.2. By placing an order with LetsBeMagnifique, you agree to these terms.
1.3. LetsBeMagnifique reserves the right to update these terms without prior notice.

2. Products & Orders

2.1. We sell clothing and accessories available for shipping or pickup.
2.2. All prices on the website are in euros (€) and include VAT unless stated otherwise.
2.3. Orders with a custom name cannot be canceled or returned.
2.4. LetsBeMagnifique reserves the right to modify product prices and information at any time.

3. Payment & Security 

3.1. We accept the following payment methods:

• iDEAL
• PayPal
• Klarna
• Credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
• Apple Pay
  3.2. All payments are securely processed through encrypted connections. LetsBeMagnifique does not store any payment details.

4. Shipping & Delivery

4.1. Orders are shipped via PostNL with an estimated delivery time of 2-5 business days.
4.2. Custom name orders are processed and delivered within 10 business days.
4.3. LetsBeMagnifique is not responsible for delivery delays caused by the shipping carrier.
4.4. Once the package has been shipped, the risk of loss or damage is transferred to the buyer.

5. Cancellations & Order Modifications

5.1. Orders can be canceled within 24 hours after payment, unless it is a custom name order.
5.2. Order modifications (such as size or address changes) are allowed within 24 hours, provided the order has not been processed yet.

6. Returns & Store Credit

6.1. Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt and will be refunded as store credit only.
6.2. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
6.3. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging to be eligible for return.
6.4. Non-returnable items:

• Custom name products
• Chains Collection
• Opened lingerie, swimwear & pantyhose
• Sale items
• Items missing original packaging (box, ribbon, tag, etc.)
  6.5. Store credit will be issued within 14 days after the return is approved.

7. Privacy Policy & Cookies

7.1. LetsBeMagnifique processes personal data in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
7.2. We use tracking technologies such as Google Analytics and Facebook Pixel to improve the user experience.
7.3. Customers may receive marketing emails via Shopify Email. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in the email.

8. Liability

8.1. LetsBeMagnifique is not liable for damages resulting from improper use of products.
8.2. We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier.
