1. Shipping & Delivery Time

  • Orders are processed within 2-5 business days.
  • Custom name orders require additional processing and will be shipped within 10 business days.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.

2. Shipping Methods

  • Orders are shipped via PostNL.
  • Shipping costs depend on the destination and order size. Exact shipping rates will be calculated at checkout.

3. Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
  • Track your shipment at www.postnl.nl.

4. Shipping Risks & Responsibilities

  • Once the order has been shipped, the risk of loss or damage is transferred to the customer.
  • If your package is lost or delayed, please contact the shipping carrier first. If further assistance is needed, contact us at service@letsbemagnifique.com.

5. Last-Minute Pickup Orders

  • Orders selected for Last-Minute Pickup are specially prepared and delivered to the pickup location.
  • If the order is not collected, €30 will be deducted from your store credit for handling & delivery costs.

6. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

  • If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempt, the customer is responsible for any re-shipping fees.
  • Please ensure that your shipping details are correct before completing your order.

7. International Shipping

  • Currently, we only ship within [your shipping regionsβ€”e.g., Netherlands, EU]. International shipping is not available at this time.
