1. Shipping & Delivery Time
- Orders are processed within 2-5 business days.
- Custom name orders require additional processing and will be shipped within 10 business days.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.
2. Shipping Methods
- Orders are shipped via PostNL.
- Shipping costs depend on the destination and order size. Exact shipping rates will be calculated at checkout.
3. Tracking Your Order
- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
- Track your shipment at www.postnl.nl.
4. Shipping Risks & Responsibilities
- Once the order has been shipped, the risk of loss or damage is transferred to the customer.
- If your package is lost or delayed, please contact the shipping carrier first. If further assistance is needed, contact us at service@letsbemagnifique.com.
5. Last-Minute Pickup Orders
- Orders selected for Last-Minute Pickup are specially prepared and delivered to the pickup location.
- If the order is not collected, β¬30 will be deducted from your store credit for handling & delivery costs.
6. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery
- If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempt, the customer is responsible for any re-shipping fees.
- Please ensure that your shipping details are correct before completing your order.
7. International Shipping
- Currently, we only ship within [your shipping regionsβe.g., Netherlands, EU]. International shipping is not available at this time.
